What we keep and why.

Account.

When you sign in we store an account id, your email address and name, and for password sign-in a hash of the password. These are used only to sign you in and to check whether your account has desk access.

Access and codes.

We record which access code you redeemed and when, and whether your account has desk access. Creating an account starts the free week; a code or payment adds days after that.

Limits.

To protect Grok spend and to stop code guessing, we count Grok questions and failed codes per account.

What we do not collect.

We never ask for API keys, never connect to your exchange account, and do not know whether you placed any order. There is no advertising tracking. Your language and last filter are saved in your own browser.

Grok.

When you ask Grok, the question and a snapshot of the card (public prices, levels, headlines) are sent to xAI to generate the answer. Your email and account id are not sent.

What we keep.

We keep your email, sign-in times, payments, and a count of the Grok questions you ask each day, so we can run your account. The site owner can see these, and whether a trail alert email failed to send. We don't store the text of your questions. They're sent to xAI to get an answer. We set one cookie, which lasts a year, and keep a scrambled copy of your IP address to check free trials. We count page views without linking them to you.
